Intergrid is a Helsinki-based technology company offering autonomous control for industrial energy systems with a mission to enable broader and faster transition to a truly renewable energy system.

Industrials are adopting electric-hybrid energy systems to cut energy costs, hedge fuel price risk and reduce their carbon footprint, but managing multiple energy sources and real-time power markets quickly exceeds the capabilities of existing tools and human operators.

In less than three years, we've grown exceptionally fast from three founders with an ambitious vision (and an office in Olli's living room) to an amazing, diverse team of >35 people from different nationalities.

To accelerate our growth, we have also secured >10M€ in funding from top-tier US and Finnish investors, such as True Ventures, Lifeline Ventures, Risto Siilasmaa, and the founders of Aiven. This allows us to continue expanding the team on all fronts with top talent passionate about tackling complex challenges and driven by curiosity and kindness.

We enjoy active collaboration and want to get to know our teammates beyond their Zoom profiles, so we would love to see you at our office located in Kalevankatu 30, Helsinki, as often as possible. Still, we all appreciate the possibility of working remotely from time to time.

• Analytics & Machine Learning: Work at the core of our Autopilot's decision-making — developing ML/AI-driven optimization components and pushing the boundaries of forecasting and multi-market trading.
  

• Operations & Customer Success: Develop the Autopilot that controls customers' industrial energy systems 24/7, ensure smooth customer onboarding, and build the next generation of AI-native operations and deployment.
  

• Growth & Sales: Unlock new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships across different markets
